How To Make A Call?

There are 2 easy ways to make a call:

For calling from the web-based dialer in this website, follow the following sequence:

1. Click on the top icon on the left indicating 'Make Call'. This will bring you to the dialer.
   
   
2. Key in your 12 digit Account Number and 6 digit PIN.
   
   
3. Enter the telephone number that you wish to call in this sequence:
   
   Country code > Area code > Telephone number
   
   
4. Click the green "Dial" button above the dial pad. After a brief pause, you should hear the phone ring through your speakers or headset.
   
   
5. To complete your call, click the red "END" button.

To have a client downloaded onto your desktop, follow the following sequence:

1. Click on the icon on the left indicating 'Download Client'. This will bring you to the download client page.
   
   
2. Click on the download icon. This will initiate the sequence to install and create a shortcut to the client.
   
   
3. Once installed, launch the application from your desktop shortcut.
   
   
4. Key in your 12 digit Account Number and 6 digit PIN.
   
   
5. Enter the telephone number that you wish to call in this sequence:
   
   Country code > Area code > Telephone number
   
   
6. Click the green "Dial" button above the dial pad. After a brief pause, you should hear the phone ring through your speakers or headset.
   
   
7. To complete your call, click the red "END" button.

If you do not have an account and PIN, click the 'Signup for New Members' icon on the left of the front page of this website and you will be guided to input a set of information which will include your profile and payment option.
